Project Coordinator - Compliance Monitoring

Our new fixed term role (32 month term) of Project Coordinator – Compliance Monitoring will be responsible for the project coordination of TRC’s tailored compliance projects. This will include day to day management of the performance data/information (in terms of cost, scope and schedule) of approximately 100 projects. In addition this role will serve as a technical expert (in terms of TRC’s project management of compliance monitoring jobs) through the development or replacement of TRC’s existing databases, systems and software relevant to these projects. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in project management. This role will suit a candidate who has a strong aptitude for quality assurance, problem solving and data analysis. The ability to relate to a diverse workforce using effective communication and interpersonal skills will ensure your success.
The successful candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and must be able demonstrate the following:
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Quality assurance, process mapping and documentation skills
Understanding of database structures and web browser based user interfaces
Previous work experience in a project management role is essential. Business analysis or IT experience will be beneficial.
